Updated 8/9/2021. I bought this set to use with an older 12.9" iPad Pro. This company has excellent customer service. Out of the box the keyboard worked fine and had a good connection. However, I couldn't figure out how to use a mouse and mentioned my issues in my original review of the product. After reading about my mouse issues, a support rep contacted me via email to resolve the issue. As a result, they sent a replacement mouse, which deserves immediate credit I can now use my iPad for a wider range of activities, including updating budget spreadsheets and creating documents faster.This silver set looks elegant and packs easily into a bag, making it ideal for travel. The mouse is very thin and moves on different surfaces.The combination of excellent customer se rvice and comprehensive functionality makes this set a bargain!
