I have put off refilling toner cartridges for my laser printers for the years I've used them, but finally decided to give it a try. It looked like the most economical product. The company has 2 videos online with instructions to watch (no instructions) and they are pretty self explanatory. Most of the main video consists of cleaning the old cartridge, ie. H. Removes all traces of the old toner, but then you simply top up with new toner and insert a new chip. They show that cleaning is done with a vacuum hose attachment that fits EXACTLY into the small round hole that the toner goes through. I've never seen a vacuum cleaner with a nozzle like this, so I used a regular nozzle on my vacuum cleaner. I'm sure it didn't wash out all the toner, but I did my best. I finished changing the toner, put the cartridge back in the printer and closed the lid. I had to restart the printer before it recognized the freshly refilled cartridge, but it saw it right on startup and works great. Next time I plan to clean a lot less as I will only refill with new toner of the same color. Lets see what happens. I highly recommend this product.
