Review on Limino by Demetrio Lowe

Limino may have a fantastic selection of products, but unfortunately, their customer support is not very good. As a loyal customer, I have experienced a variety of problems with my orders, ranging from things that were not delivered to products that were flawed. When I attempted to get assistance from their customer service staff, I found that they were unhelpful and unresponsive to my requests for assistance. They did not get back to me for days, if not weeks, and even when they did, they were unable to resolve my problems to my satisfaction. When you're trying to meet a deadline for a project, it's particularly aggravating to have to deal with terrible customer service because of the company you're working for. I am dissatisfied that Limino has not made a greater effort to enhance their customer service, and as a result, I am unsure whether or not I will continue to shop with them in the foreseeable future.
