Moderate support as described. I prefer high support because I do plyometrics and run a lot. For the record, I like sports bras that are so tight around my breasts that they don't move at all, and I can forget I even have breasts. I'm 32B and 5ft 1, about 105lbs. When I take the pills, my breasts become fuller and more tender. So when I run in this bra, the first 10 minutes of running hurt me before I get used to it. I have the small and it fits well enough that I wouldn't change it, but after wearing it for a few months I would like to downsize to XS. I should have looked more closely at the size chart. The bras have shrunk a bit since I bought them but not too much. Overall I think these bras will last a few years. Not a bad buy.
