NEVER dries...! c Foot, hand and nail care
Do not buy this item. This nail polish NEVER dries out. I thought it might be one of the colors but I tried four of the six and while the first coat dries a bit the second and third get wet and you can just wipe them off after a few hours! I've tried blow drying with both hot and cold air. Nothing works. While the color is amazing and looks amazing in the dark, when it dries a little it smudges and looks awful. Buy another product!
