Stainless is so much better than aluminum

These pans work great for cookies or biscuits, because the ribs keep the bottoms from over browning. I'm glad to have this set.

Sturdy. Doesn''t warp at 400 degrees. Have baked/broiled fish, chicken, and beef. A little cooking spray keeps is non-stick and easy to clean.
