Dust cover/ruffles are not included. The color isn't the traditional turquoise, but more like mallard blue. This is important when everything else in the room is done in traditional turquoise and matches. Also, the product was not ivory or off-white, but light gray. Solid white was white but the other 2 colors are off. Your impression of the product may differ from mine. I use the product but am disappointed it wasn't the colors I thought it would be as I am now repainting a teal accent wall to include that shade of blue. You need a total of 8 pads for all pads, which is great. Overall it was great value for money as it was basically a complete set for the price with everything it includes but the color description is not accurate. Bad color description and lack of dust raising, which is why I give it 3 stars.
