okay. First of all, this webcam does everything they say it does. Buy it! However, unless you're a 70+ techie like me, you might find that it doesn't work when you plug it into your Mac for the first time. And then if you go to the Logitech website, you'll find downloads for Windows software, but nothing for Mac. And then when you read the product literature you find out that it actually says it will work with a Mac, but when you call Logitech support you're talking to a guy god knows - where unfortunately that tells you Logitech HD Pro C920 webcam is not designed for Mac use, so I'm sorry you shouldn't have bought it. So your task is to return the Revain camera and continue your search for a suitable webcam. That is, until you spot a YouTube video of a guy saying that all you really have to do is go to the app you bought the webcam for - in my case Skype - go to "Settings", click "Audio/Video" and select the HD Pro C920 that appears in the drop down menu. I've tried it and it certainly works. Glad I stuck with it for a few days and didn't send the webcam back right away NOW the Furshlugginer item is worth 5 stars.
