I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. I have yet to see any "residue" or "film" from this product. Maybe they use too much. My feet have been sweating my whole life. I often come home with my feet so wet my socks are wet. My shoes are turning white on the outside from the salt in my sweat and it's very embarrassing. I've tried dry socks, wool socks, ventilated shoes, etc., etc. All without success. Then I bought this. He stopped sweating on the first day! My shoes are dry all day, my socks are dry and none of my shoes stink anymore. This is a fantastic product! I have found that it loses its effectiveness after 8 hours and is practically gone after 12. But I think that's what's expected of me. Definitely recommend!
