Sockets are often placed in the most inconvenient places in a new home. One of the shafts, controlled by a light switch, was flush with the wall exactly where I had placed my sofa. So I had to find a way to control this outlet without damaging my couch or making the couch stick out 2 inches from the wall. Enter that wall by hugging the extension cord. I can't say more about this thing other than that it serves its purpose. It didn't change my life. The small apartment certainly didn't get any bigger. Cons
  • Expensive
