Money back. The color cartridge didn't work but the black one was fine, but not as black as new cartridges. I don't print anymore and will go OEM, expensive but cartridges always work well. Update: I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Although it didn't work very well with my particular printer. I have used this company's products on other printers in the past and the cartridges have been acceptable. Also, the company gave me a full refund for the cartridges because they didn't work properly, even though I didn't request a refund. I think the company is doing a valuable service in refurbishing and reusing used ink cartridges and people should at least try their product. So you don't lose anything and protect the environment in the long term.
