It works very well. I actually gained an inch in height while wearing it. Helps maintain my posture. The only thing I want to buy is one size bigger. It is also not recommended to wear if you have a very intense job. I work a lot with my hands and move a lot. At the end of the working day, bruises appear under my armpits. But everyday use and going out to dinner or regular exercise are not a problem.
