Unfortunately, neither the Polaroid Mint pocket printer nor the Polaroid Mint app (on Android) worked. He didn't print a single picture. After carefully following the instructions, the phone and tablet app will display "Send file to printer". The printer started up noisily for a few seconds. Then the noise stopped. The Polaroid Mint's white power light changed from white to blinking red. Although there was no paper jam, I adjusted the blue calibration sheet first and then the glossy paper (just in case). I also checked for app updates. Nothing found. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This printer arrived a few hours ago today and I will ship it back tomorrow.
