I'm very satisfied with this software because it allows me manage all my client's accounts in one place which is great for accounting purposes! It can be used by multiple users but only if you have an account manager who will perform some manual tasks like entering data/updating information etc.. The interface could use improvement especially regarding how easy access info about each customer as well user friendly features that allow customers or prospective ones view their own financial situation without having any technical knowledge needed!!
