I was very happy with all the features of this product but it is extremely unreliable. Sometimes it works fine, other times it freezes, is in search mode or just goes black. I use this for my 3 year old and 3 month old so it's very frustrating to go to bed or wake up in the middle of the night and the monitor not working. The point of this device is to be able to take care of my kids and rest in the knowledge that I know what's going on in their rooms, but who can rest when you're waiting for the device to work before You can sleep or rest knowing that he may leave at any moment. I spend many nights waiting for it to boot up, turning it on and off to restart. I know it's not our wifi connection as my old monitor/other electronics are working fine. It almost looks like a software problem. If I still had the box I would return it.
