We ordered this camera and it worked reasonably well but within 2 months of normal use one of the cameras stopped working and we tried to contact Vtech but never got a reply. . The one that still works is fine, but we bought this set because we needed 2 cameras.

Good picture quality for 720p BUT the connection is not very good. It takes up to 3-5 minutes to move the camera for a better view and the live voice doesn't work either because it skips and you can only say 1 out of every third word in a conversation.

I'm pretty disappointed with these cameras. The monitor itself freezes a bit and needs to be restarted, talkback doesn't always work, and there's decent motion/audio lag. I also had to re-sync the monitor to the camera a few times even though it was within range. I will say that I like the split screen option and it keeps the memory of the camera location.

Good: app and home monitor unit. I like not just using my phone or my home monitor. Being able to look after the kids at work is great. Being able to get two sets so I can run multiple monitors at once and expand to more cameras. The technical support helped me a lot to connect the two systems together. I was very happy with all the features of this product but it is extremely unreliable. Sometimes it works fine, other times it freezes, is in search mode or just goes black. I use this for my 3 year old and 3 month old so it's very frustrating to go to bed or wake up in the middle of the night and the monitor not working. Good to be true. This monitor had everything I wanted. Multiple camera options, touchscreen, night vision, remote tilt and zoom so I can see the whole room. I bought it for my daughter's room. I bought them here at Revain. I wanted to put her in my barn to take care of the baby animals. They seem to work "pretty well" when they're sitting in my kitchen and I'm standing next to them, but they don't work AT ALL in the shed. I think it's too far out of range? This is the best wifi baby monitor I have ever used because it stays connected. However, it is flawed, lacks many of the basic features that the dxr-8 kids optic has, and is a poor product in general. I've tried Nanite and 1st Security with a dedicated audio device, and neither of them stayed connected all night (making them utterly useless as baby monitors).
