This is not yet a review of my experience. Questions before tuning were: They ask to pour LOTS of white vinegar to clean the block. When I called they said no - just add a little to kill bacteria and baking soda works well too. Then add water (filtered, not necessarily distilled) to the full required amount. Also, they advise you to put the device outside and turn it on for an hour to get the vinegar smell out of the device. We can't do that in cold weather. The representative said that I can open the window. Again not in winter. So we agreed that I could put him in a dry bath and let him work (close the curtain). In general, use common sense.
