Update: The replacement chair arrived in about 2 weeks. . After successful assembly, the chair is in order. I need to replace the wheels as the wheels don't move well or at all, or the wooden floor. The instructions are a bit confusing. Pay attention to the length and remember the screws. Otherwise it's a good chair that doesn't exceed expectations given the price.
