Review on LG SN5Y Soundbar Bundle with 2.1 ch and DTS Virtual:X, includes 1-Year Extended Coverage by Brian Zhao

I received this item today with great anticipation. I was delighted to receive it today to pair with the recently arrived LG 55 UHD TV. When I opened it, my anticipation turned to disappointment. After removing the subwoofer and soundbar and all the surrounding foam, I quickly discovered that there was no optical cable, no power cords for the soundbar or subwoofer, no remote control, manual, warranty card, wall mounts or flanges. All of the accessory pack contents that should have been inside are completely missing. Unfortunately, I can neither rate the sound quality nor the purchase price. I'm curious if this element was opened to remove this content or if it is not a new block. I will happily change my review and rating when I receive the remaining content to make this purchased item complete. I would like to use it, but unfortunately I can't.
