Updated March 22, 2021: In November 2020 I received an email from Henry at Molents apologizing for the situation and saying that i will refund my money if i change my rating. Since then I have emailed him 4 TIMES and received no reply. I just need a long gas spring and have no idea how to get it. I'm only 5ft 3" and the chair is too short. In my opinion it's a waste of money as it should be an ergonomic chair and it hurts a lot. Customer service is non-existent. . And now the chair is on sale for $30 less than what I paid for it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This chair has a good backrest and is easy to assemble. However, since this is an ergonomic chair, I expected it to be able to be raised. enough that I can bend my elbows 90 degrees while sitting at my desk. This chair is so low I'm still reaching for my desk (it's only 28 inches off the floor). The instructions say you can get a longer gas spring but I emailed the company over a week ago and have had no response. Now my right arm is tingling and I have upper back issues that I didn't have before I got the chair. I would love this chair if it went 2-3 inches higher. I've also tried sitting on a blanket but that doesn't work either.
