Review on Desktop Processor: Intel Core i5 6500 3.20 GHz Quad Core Skylake, Socket LGA 1151, 6MB Cache by Mateusz Rzeczycki ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Satisfactory product quality, good price.

If you have 10,000, you should under no circumstances refrain from purchasing this proportion, even if there is a motherboard available for it (as I had). A brand new Ryzen 5 3600 with 6 cores and 12 threads may be purchased for the low price of 10,000 dollars right now. Pros: 1. Cold 2. Because it is based on the Skylake architecture, it allows for overclocking on the bus despite having a locked multiplier. I reached as high as 4200 mHz, but you can go even higher than that. Some cons: 1. Four processor cores and four threads are shockingly few even for the year 2022, let alone 2022. 2. It functions relatively normally except for when you overclock it; at the base frequency, when it was at rest on 100%, I did not load any textures, despite the fact that the video card was doing nothing at the time. 3. An exorbitantly high cost. The cost of this processor shouldn't be more than four to five thousand dollars, not ten thousand dollars like it is right now. Sold used with fingerprints, although it was bought as new, most likely they will sell you the same one - the processor is old
