This is by far the most comfortable posture brace I have ever had. It rises from the waist when you lean or lean forward. It's just a reminder to stand up. I ordered L 35-42. I probably should have ordered a size up so it stays on my waist. I am a woman, 1.80 m tall since I was 13 years old. Now I'm 68, I have bad posture because of my height! I also have a long body. I wore it over my shirt for 5 full days without much discomfort, but it caused discomfort in my neck and shoulders from doing its job. This disappeared after exercises on the neck, shoulders and use of magnets. You work for me! Now I walk with less pain overall. I regularly wear it when I walk, during the day, sit in a chair and drive a car. Love it!
