The cables look strong and well built with strong protective caps on the ends of the cables to protect the fiberglass ferrules during transport and handling. This is my first purchase of fiber optics for audio. I used fiber optics for pool lighting when I was a pool builder. Not installed yet, entertainment center remodel for surround sound with speaker stands/movie shelves. I'm sure the performance will be much better than the composite cables I've used in the past. This is my first Hi-Fi system so far and I want to make the most of it. Thank you for such a great product. I can't wait to pump audio through these cables and I'm sure they will rock my world. I can only recommend it and will definitely buy it again if the need arises.
