There was potential but it didn't materialize

This product had potential. The size is perfect for what I need it for. The containers fit perfectly in the lunch box. but the small side clip of each of my containers will not stay in place. I have provided photos and videos. Also, the main zipper gets stuck all the time so I have to spend time unzipping and unzipping again instead of quickly unzipping and unzipping to get my bins or put them away. While it's not the end of the world, it's an inconvenience for the amount of money I've spent on this product.
