That's enough to make your street and car look like it just snowed! Yes it does what it says it will foam do. However, don't expect dirt to just fall off your car. It still needs to be hand washed (microfiber cloth or washcloth). But it's easier to wash. I notice it most on my dusty wheels. They are easier to clean (little or no cleaning). Do you want foam? That creates foam!
