Just beginning to assemble this; the package was busted wide open (UPS?) and the contents all messed up. The one little instruction sheet is tiny and almost impossible to read, with no words and pathetically small pictures. This is going to be a nightmare.UPDATE: The response from Customer Service was tremendous; they offered me a partial refund due to the packaging problem, and the assembly went far better (and was much easier) than anticipated. Have been using the chairs for several weeks and they are comfortable and seemingly well-constructed. I'm very satisfied!
