We ordered these chairs to use on our covered front porch. They were miserable to put together - way too many screws andbolts. They sit well for about 15 minutes, then your back starts hurtng. we still have one chair that we cannot assemble all the screws. the wholes are messed up and we are looking into other options, the first three assembled fine. hopefully, it was a fluke but very upsetting that we have one chair not able to assemble.

Poor design. Water leaks into chair arms, then spills out rusty water out the bottom when someone sits in them. Arms should be completely enclosed rather than the plastic caps on both ends. Would not buy again.

Leaked rusty water on my new composite deck and stained it. Little tabs on bottom of chair fell off. Screws keep coming loose.Not worth the almost $1100 I paid for 6 chairs. When I requested a refund it was a joke. They set up two pick up dates for me and bled me off both days. Customer service SUCKS.

Has a lot of sharp edges on the back rest - shirts get caught in these edges and tear. After destroying a couple of my favorite shirts, I ended up taping up the rough spots.The cushions are awful. I am 160 lbs and sat on them may be 5 times and they already lost their shape and firmness.The powder coat is not at all durable. We had one light rain and the corners are already rusting (see pic).Go elsewhere if you want a durable set. I am sorry I cheaped out this time.

Such comfortable chairs. We bought these chairs to replace 2 that were not very comfortable anymore. These chairs were well packaged and in perfect condition. They were easy to assemble and seem sturdy. The cushions are comfortable and I like the swivel and slight bounce in them. The black frame and modern/clean design suit my taste well. Very lightweight and great quality. We love everything about our new set! Truly a great purchase! Would recommend and would buy again.

Easy to assemble. Very low quality NOT entirely metal. Mesh seat base which will rot and render chair useless. Poor rocking function.Would not buy again and would not recommend.

Had a few damaged chairs from my patio set. found these as a replacement and they fit right in. I saw some reviews about difficulty putting together. found it much easier then others

After heavy rains, we noticed rust stains on our "brand new paver deck”, metal of chairs not treated throughout, if that’s important don’t buy them.

So disappointed with these. We bought 2 sets thats 4 chairs. We've had them on our deck for approximately 3 weeks. Rust everywhere and they've only been out in the rain twice. Do buy these. We paid what is a lot of money for us and really wish we hadn't.

I cannot say enough about this chair set! I am so happy I decided to buy these! They are so comfortable and the design is very upscale. My friends think I spent waaaayyy more than I did on this set which is awesome because they were pretty affordable! Thinking about getting another set for when we have company.

We have an outdoor dining area and needed 2 new chairs. These fit the need very nicely. The only complaint so far is that the machine screws that fasten the arm rests to the chair backs have jiggled loose, twice. That will probably be fixed with "LOCK-TITE”.

Disappointed with the inferior quality not to mention the instructions were terrible and then the bolts that were furnished to connect the arms to the chair itself did not fit. I was going to return the chairs and the seller did everything they could so that I would not do so. We mutually agreed they would send me new bolts that they guaranteed would fit. These were easy to assemble - they do give u extra hardware too, which is nice. My one comment it you should def use the cushions because if you dont the fabric alone does not do a great job of supporting you by itself. Would buy again but can not comment on sturdiness because just got them.

Just beginning to assemble this; the package was busted wide open (UPS?) and the contents all messed up. The one little instruction sheet is tiny and almost impossible to read, with no words and pathetically small pictures. Extremely difficult to assemble. Small parts poorly packaged and difficult t get out of bubble wrap.Little round buttons on chair base broke off almost immediately.

The chairs are nice and seem to be good quality, but although the reviews stated easy to assemble, we did not find that so. It took 2 people to hold parts together while fastening bolts. It comes with tools, but we needed far better tools to actually tighten bolts and get them to align.There is no way only one person could align and bolt in the top piece without someone holding it up due to the weight of that piece, so whomever claimed they could do this alone must have been a magician. Started rusting all over my new deck on day one.Avoid if you plan on using these outdoor chairs in the outdoors. Not suitable for outdoor use in harsh climates.
