I like that they have an online portal for uploading documents. The interface can be hard at times but you get used to using them quickly when needed. It was difficult to upload multiple files at once from my computer since there were several of each type (e.g., PDF, Word). You should try out their sample templates first so your file looks just right before submitting if possible. They offer very competitive rates compared with other companies in this field. In addition to providing excellent customer service and prompt turn around time, our lawyer appreciated how easy it was to use their system while preparing our paperwork.
