Review on 👜 Hide & Drink, Leather Switch Compatible Carrying Case: Urban Travel Pouch with 101 Year Warranty by Jessica Brown

I have just received my package and was so impressed with the quality of the leather. Unfortunately, the zipper cannot catch on the inner fabric when opening. If you look closely, you will see that the stitching of the material has imperfections. I have attached photos for reference. I also contacted Hide & Drink hoping they could help me. UPDATE: A replacement bag has arrived and the zipper tore the fabric in the lining again when opened. Very disappointing cost! I do not recommend! H&D isn't helping me and I don't want to make another trade. Attached are more photos for reference. UPDATE 2: H&D contacted me and offered a different replacement or refund for the purchase of their other item. I'm a leather fanatic so I'll check this out. I appreciate your attempts to help.
