I've been making use of it for the past six months. I go several days without turning it off. You are able to sleep despite the buzzing of the troika, although falling asleep will be difficult. In addition, with twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week operation, it only uses 2.2 kilowatt hours. So not disappointed.
