Design issue and replacement update
I really wanted to love this watch strap and was excited for its arrival. When it arrived, I opened the box and excitedly pulled out the pieces and slipped them onto my Fitbit. I was pumped! BEFORE I buckled the straps and realized the side with the buckle was assembled upside down. Because of this, the pages will not attach properly. I will be returning it and hope there will be no problems when my replacement arrives. Otherwise the watch strap appears to be of good quality and I hope to provide more positive feedback once I have a replacement. It looks wonderful and fits together perfectly. Glad the exchange went well. I will change my rating to 4/5 (still one due to bug but really appreciate they sent a new group).
