I like is easy of use, it has all kinds for video tutorials, courses are really helpful to improve our knowledge in field. The support team have been excellent! You can find everything you need here, also there many free courses available. Nothing at this moment. It's good tool but not so much as other products out there such us Lynda or Coursera. If your looking for something very low cost to start with then this could be an option. We train new employees about technical topics related mostly computer systems, networking, security etc using videos from online sources (Coursera). Also we want to help them solve their issues quickly without spending too long time finding solutions.
