Review on Uxcell 16 36Sqft Absorption Deadener Insulation by Curtis Thilges

I used this to replace the insulation on the underside of the hood of my car to keep the paint from blistering from the heat. The old insulation had fallen apart and had to be replaced. OEM parts are hard to come by. I used the old insulation as a template. After centering the new insulation on the hood, I worked from the center to the edges, evenly pressing the glue back onto the hood. Make sure you clean the underside well before applying. I made a cut in the center of the backing to allow the backing to slowly separate from the adhesive as it is applied. Simple enough and it works really well. It also reduces engine noise.
