These are your basic ice packs and as long as they work the same as ice packs I have no complaints. UPDATE: Bought 2 months ago and used 5 times a week for work so very easy to use. Just put all 4 right side up in my lunch bag, take them out when I get home and put them back in the freezer. One of them was already leaking everywhere and I had to throw it out. Apparently a lid came off the top so they don't close very well and have never been dropped or anything like that. If you plan to use it for children, recommend looking elsewhere. In fact, you should find someone else. UPDATE: Purchased 3 1/2 months ago. I threw one away as almost all of the contents spilled out. Now I'm throwing away the other 3 as they are leaking all over my lunch bag and the top lid is still intact. Now I'm buying another brand. The manufacturer hasn't contacted me to replace anything or anything. Complete garbage!
