The service is good, fast response time with no hassles to deal with during installation or changeover of services which would be very important considering how busy we get at our business. I have not found anything that i don't like about their level of customer support so far but there may well be something they could do better! If you want high quality professional IT Support then look elsewhere however if your looking for cheap options this isn't it - highly overpriced when compared against other providers (we pay £400 per year). We use them as an additional backup provider should any issues arise within our main ISP's networks due mainly because its easier than finding another solution ourselves.
