Mlambert: The World of Home Improvement Is Under a Disappointing Dark Cloud

After hearing about Mlambert's impressive variety of tools, home improvement supplies, lighting, and ceiling fans, I was eager to check out their online shop. My high expectations, however, were soon dashed when I got there. First off, their selection of outdoor lighting was a total disappointment. There was none of the sparkle and magic advertised on their website; the lighting was dull and lifeless. Instead of seeing a starry sky, it was like gazing at a gloomy, cloudy night sky. Additionally, despite being simple to use, their website is extremely dull and uninteresting. It seems as though they removed all the excitement from DIY and substituted dull, generic explanations and images in its place. Even worse, their customer care was at best mediocre. My attempts to contact them with queries were met with unhelpful, robotic answers that made me feel like a burden rather than a valued client. Mlambert, as a whole, was a letdown that cast a shadow over the world of home renovation. When I expected a bright spot to illuminate my life and my house, I was disappointed because what I got was a dull, uninspired experience.

Pros
  • Stunning selection of patio lighting.
Cons
  • There may be a shortage of some products.
