The first paragraph states that this cooler is for manual transmissions only. This is incorrect as they use the same cooler. There are no transfer fluid lines in this cooler, which is why I think they included it in the description. But this generation of Dodge trucks has a special transmission oil cooler that mounts in front of the radiator, along with a power steering cooler that bolts to the bottom of the radiator. Some people had some issues with something not fitting properly, but I put it on an 02" 5.9L ram. motor and it fit perfectly as all hardware was replaced immediately. Just make sure your truck has a cap on the radiator and not a pressurized plastic bottle over the radiator (4.7 liter engine) and this option will work for you.
