I would not leave this on my skin as a tonic or cleanser without washing it off afterwards because it has too many soap based ingredients that are not good for the skin. As a pre-wash to loosen light makeup or dirt that might be fine, but other than that it's not quite the way to go. While it has some good ingredients, it's not as clean and simple as the company's advertising suggests, and it contains far more non-natural ingredients than other water treatment products I've bought for the same price. You'll get through it pretty quickly if you use it daily or even every other day. The main reason I only give it two stars is that it really doesn't have a place in any hygiene routine. It's not enough to kill germs or really clean effectively if you're using it for kids or uses other than facials, and there are plenty of cheaper, more natural makeup remover options than it offers. Ordinary water could be used with equal success. Nice label, but that's about it.
