I'm an endurance athlete, I do crazy things. Some of these things include 10k runs with a 50# sandbag on your back, others include runs of 100 miles or more. I was looking for a way to strengthen my diaphragm and increase my ability to breathe more efficiently and use the air I breathe efficiently and I found it. They were extremely helpful, answered my questions quickly and made me feel like they worked for me and wanted me to be completely satisfied with their product and my experience.
