Pave is easy for our customer service team as well! You can add any type or source document in there, but it's not always clear what they're asking about when you are looking at an issue from their perspective since we use different terminology (ease vs usability). They definitely need more user-friendly documents so that anyone who uses them has less confusion around terms/words like "easily"/"simple." We have found this tool very valuable because its ease allows us easily access multiple types if information pertaining towards one problem; therefore reducing time spent searching through other sources with similar issues which usually leads back into another search engine query just waiting until someone else finds something useful before I find anything helpful too :).
