Ordered this skateboard as an inexpensive return to skating after my daughter expressed interest in learning. At 43 years old and decades off a board I didn't want to drop $100 before I knew if I was going to actually go through with it. Very impressed with many of the features on this inexpensive board. The deck itself appears to be REALLY well made and consistent. Having actual metal trucks is a huge plus in this price bracket, they are really one of the highlights of the entire board. My only real complaint with the board is the wheels are WAY too sticky. If you lean the board far enough over to make contact with the wheels (easy to do as an adult on a wide board) the wheels are so sticky they grab the board and cause an instant stop situation. They also do not slide AT ALL, which for a beginning/child rider would be a good thing, but for an adult or anyone with experience will be a frustration. For the money though, it's hard to find any real fault with the quality of what you get. The deck and trucks are easily worth the purchase price by themselves.
