I have bought these before for another car and they are amazing (it was about 2 years ago) but they were very cheap in the packaging I think for the To cover the cost of the sticker that is now included. They used to come with foam which held them tight and secure and were likely soaked and chipped in transit. now it's plastic in which they hang freely. but to make matters worse, there is no tape or sticker (that's where the sticker shouldn't be in the box) holding the box closed. So it arrived open and with all parts everywhere. probably going to hell and reducing life expectancy if they work at all. I have to disassemble the car halfway to change the headlights, so I won't even check them. Go back to Amazon, hopefully the manufacturer reads this and buys some tape to say the least.
