I bought this after suffering a grade 4 tear in my shoulder. Do not perform surgery and try rehabilitation. When I first tried this brace on I didn't like it and almost sent it back. I tried again and I'm glad I did. This brace has great support and is very comfortable once you get used to it. After a few weeks the quality is good. The packaging smelled very strongly of new rubber. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the shoulder straps could benefit from a better design. I definitely recommend this product. I'm a 42 inch cheat and I have a big one.
