Good starter kit. Definitely works well and does its job. I used all the backgrounds, lights and coasters from the set. Good place to start or for those who don't have a big budget. The only downside to this set is the number of clips provided, two more will do the job better, especially if you use the full setting for the background (using all extenders for max width). Otherwise the price or value can't be beat. Some of the negative reviews are from people who expected a professional system at a very low price. If you're going well beyond entry-level, or need deeper illumination for still or flash photography, consider treating yourself to a more professional setup. Otherwise, you can take really great photos and videos with this setting. Highly recommended if you don't have a lot of money to spend.
