This will blur your watch screen.

So I bought a Garmin Venu watch because I like that the screen is much brighter. Then you put this protection on and it reduces the quality of the brightness and clarity of the screen. It also makes it difficult to see the screen in the sun, which isn't a problem without a screen protector. This protects your watch from scratches while affecting the clarity and brightness of the watch display. I think I like the foil protection better than this option.
