My cat was rescued from a cat shelter situation and discovered due to an apartment fire. He was one of the lucky ones, but he always had trouble breathing, possibly from smoke inhalation. sneezing, runny nose and the like. He was less than a year old when we got him and is now around 11 years old. In the last year his cold has gotten worse and he has been to the vet 3 times for antibiotics. The last time was very bad. I have read about lysine for cats with respiratory problems and feline herpes and how it helps. I asked the vet and she said yes let's try. I ordered this for next day delivery and within 2-3 days it was almost 100%. I've worn it every day since then and it doesn't hurt anymore. Now I'm sure that antibiotics helped too, but before that everything came back with antibiotics. I'm so glad to hear him breathing and purring normally again. I highly recommend this product. Smells like fish, but he likes it. I mix it with half a tube of these goodies and then add some water to make a sauce. He is not a big eater and is not motivated by food so I wasn't sure how to get him to get the full dose but this worked great, he swallows every drop.
