Works for chronic congestion of the upper respiratory tract!

My kitten recently had a strange cough/sneeze that was very severe. She sneezed with a lot of thick mucus and because of the mucus she had trouble eating - she vomited. They took her to the vet and they found out she had some sort of virus (probably feline herpes virus or something) because that cough/sneeze/phlegm kept coming back when she stopped taking antibiotics. But I ended up adding this lysine to her daily diet - adding it to her wet food twice a day, and IMMEDIATELY her symptoms…

it works very well.

Amazing. I've been battling feline herpes in my adult cat eye for over a year. He went to the vet and prescribed steroid eye drops and other special medications to control the symptoms. His eye is red and cloudy. First I tried to switch him to raw food. but he has nothing to do with it. He loves his canned and dry food and doesn't like raw food at all. won't touch. I've read that adding lysine to his diet may benefit him and relieve his symptoms. I still use his prescription drops but have…

Highly recommended for cats with respiratory problems

My cat was rescued from a cat shelter situation and discovered due to an apartment fire. He was one of the lucky ones, but he always had trouble breathing, possibly from smoke inhalation. sneezing, runny nose and the like. He was less than a year old when we got him and is now around 11 years old. In the last year his cold has gotten worse and he has been to the vet 3 times for antibiotics. The last time was very bad. I have read about lysine for cats with respiratory problems and feline herpes

Amazing Results - Multivitamin

Our cat is 17 years old and has stress related feline herpes. Fortunately, it is not a chronic disease, but when under stress, it leads to serious illnesses of nasal congestion and refusal to eat. I have packs and packs of lysine treats, morsels and snacks that she has looked at and rejected. When I opened it and sniffed it, I thought, haha, no way. It's not a bad smell, but it does have a certain smell that I thought would put her off. This is a cat that can hold liquid medication in its cheek

Lysine does not affect or harm feline viruses

Please do not give this to your cat. Efficacy of lysine on viruses in cats. You can find and read the study by searching for their names and the words lysine and cat. It's free online through NIH. Bol and Bunnik reviewed experiments with cats and lysine supplements. They found no benefit for cats because lysine had no effect on viruses. "In short, we can conclude that feeding cats a lysine-enriched diet did not prevent or reduce viral shedding or seroconversion, or reduce the frequency or…

10+ years of use. It changed my kittens life ❤️

So, 8-10 years ago I was in a shelter and I noticed the cutest baby. She was quarantined because she tested positive for FIV. They weren't sure if she actually had it or was just temporary (if her mother had it and they were breastfeeding). That. 6 months later my sweet Nala tested negative and is much healthier. To be honest I forgot about it after a few years but last year I decided to buy it for my 15 year old cat. A few weeks later I started giving it to Nala. (age 10) again and Buddy (my 5

Easier and more economical than gel

My Lilith has cat herpes which is making her eyes watery and irritated. She had many eye problems because of this virus. Because of this she had several sequestrations and finally we had to give her a cornea transplant because the sequestrations had destroyed her cornea so badly. Yes, we love them! :ENYour eyes are constantly irritated. Antibiotics and ointments help for a while, but everything returns 2 weeks after they stopped. You can't keep them on antibiotics all the time. It's just an…

I work at the local VSA (Animal Volunteer Service). I took a couple of kittens whose eyes were almost completely covered with a scab and their little noses were covered with crust and mucus. Pathetic side :(. I got all 4 of them to the vet quickly within 24 hours. Well after they said it was "feline herpes" (upper respiratory tract infection that doesn't go away but can be controlled) it cost me the most Almost $800 in the end !Including the cost of the vet, the cost of tests and the…
