I have purchased Weathertech floor mats for my previous two cars. My decision was based on the company's reputation and history. Weathertech carpets fit fairly well, but after a short time they started to lose shape, especially around the perimeter. A friend just bought a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe and wanted something other than factory floor mats. I mentioned these Smartliners and talked about my experience with Weathertech. She ordered a kit along with a rear cargo area mat and I helped her install it. First, she's perfectly happy with it. Second, I regret buying Weathertechs in the past. Smartliners fit much better, look better, and appear to be a little easier to care for. I have another car and I plan to buy a kit for it soon. If you want to protect your car carpet from dirt, water and premature wear, get the Smartliner carpet kit.
