This works for me on my two mountain bikes and stays secure. The pockets will accommodate the tools listed as long as the multi tool is very small and narrow and the chuck or head for your CO2 cylinder can be securely attached to the cylinder. I had to put my head in my multi-tool bag and leave the multi-tool in my backpack. The strap should also be 1/2" to 3/4" wider to better fit the frame. It's something so obvious to all these packages that few manufacturers seem to understand. Do they use them at all?
