this red light therapy lamp has a good price-performance ratio. It also comes with a socket and a plug. I have a very expensive platinum infrared lighting system. It's definitely not that advanced, but still works great. I use this on my dog. He has Lyme disease and some joint problems in his back legs. Using this light 3 to 5 times a week helps my dog get rid of pain and exercise. It is also very good for people who are suffering from pain or illness or who want to improve their skin. Red light therapy works. This light is definitely a great way to test out before investing in expensive red light therapy. Highly recommended.
